I’m Brian and I’m pretty much in love with anything that has to do with world languages and cultures.  I love being with friends, going shopping, chilling at McAllister’s, doing art and ceramics, and just having a good time!  =)

I became interested into Tibet when a cousin of mine, who practices Tibetan Buddhism, gave me a bracelet of Tibetan Dzi beads for my high school graduation.  I began studying the Tibetan language a couple of months after that, and since then, I’ve been wanting to learn as much as I can about this fascinating, almost mysterious group of people.  I have heard from many people about the problems Tibet has had in relation to China, and I’m hoping that with this blog, I may come to better understand this conflict and maybe some day become involved in finding a solution.
